We will return Monday, May 4th
It’s been a long 6 weeks – and we are ready to get back to serving our patients and their smiles. With much thought and preparation, we plan to open with regular business hours and services on Monday, May 4th, following the end of the Stay-At-Home order. All patients whose appointments were previously cancelled will be contacted soon to reschedule.
As health care providers, we always follow all CDC sanitation and sterilization guidelines and over the past few weeks (with recommendations from the CDC and ADA) have taken additional steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and our team, including:
✅ Mandatory COVID-19 Screening Process for all patients and team members upon entering building
✅ Increased sanitary procedures and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for team members including face shields, gowns, and N95 masks
✅Installation of plexiglass sneeze guards at front desk
✅ Removal of all magazines and toys in waiting area
✅ Continuation of social distancing throughout office including limiting the number of patients in the waiting area
We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time. While things may not go back to “normal”, one thing that remains unchanged is the care we have for our patients and team. Your health and well-being is our top priority.
We look forward to serving you again, Rossville!

What To Expect At My Upcoming Dental Appointment:
For the safety of our patients and team, Rossville Family Dental has implemented new protocol due to COVID-19:
- When you arrive for your appointment, please text or call us to check in. You may wait in your vehicle and we will let you know when we are ready for you.
- Upon entrance, all visitors will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms including your temperature and coughing, fever, and shortness of breath. If you are feeling sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
- We ask that all visitors wear a face mask and use our complimentary hand sanitizer.
- To limit the number of people in our office, we ask that you bring no additional guests to your appointment. If the appointment is for a minor, one guardian is allowed.
Your safety and well-being is our top priority. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to serving you!
